Our delivery times are estimated delivery times, (Orders like ready to ship clothing, bags and other accessories are usually shipped within 2 to 3 working days). All our clothing are made to order or ready to ship. Customized requests are shipped within 7 to 21 working days) These shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays).
Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

RETURNS

Our designs are hand crafted to your specific size and particular requests. As a result, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any problem with your items, please contact us athello@yofricana.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

In the case of custom (tailor-made products) and in proven cases of damage due an oversight regarding the production of the products, we offer personal adjustments and alterations on our designs. Once proven this product has a fault you can return this product for repairs for us to mail back or store credit at your shipping expense. Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
