Handmade Items
All products purchased from Yofricana are not identical. These are handmade items. This means not every product will be made from the exact same material but is created in the same colour to the best of our abilities.
There are 2 types of consulting services at Yofricana, the FREE or PAYED service.
FREE: Requires no payment. The client is ordering from Yofricana’s existing product selection and will be discussing the element of the given design . This category requires no payment. PAYED: The client is requesting a customised outfit and will be scheduled for an online meeting with the Head Designer. This category requires payment
Consultations at Yofricana are held to ensure that the design team gets all necessary details from the client and guide the client towards choosing a befitting design and colour for the client. In the case where a new design is to be created for the client, the consultation helps the designer to properly understand the wants and needs of the client. This will help the designer to translate these wants and needs into custom (bespoke) designs and outfits for the client.
Consultations are usually between the client and the design team.
An email containing information about the time schedule for the meeting will be received by the client within 24 hours after service purchase.
We urge our clients to provide sufficient and accurate information when they register their customer account with Yofricana. We at Yofricana will not be held liable for errors resulting from a lack of correct contact information provided by the client.

Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a later date, we require a 24 hour notice period after which we will be unable to guarantee another slot immediately.
Our designs are hand crafted to your specific size and particular requests. As a result, we have a no returns policy. In proven cases of damage due an oversight regarding the production of the products, we offer personal adjustments and alterations on our designs. Once proven this product has a fault you can send this product for repairs for us to mail back or store credit at your shipping expense. Shipping charges and duties are ineligible for refund.
When you use Yofricana or send e-mail to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the yofricana.com site or through other online methods. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and your payment of any applicable fees, Yofricana or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and make personal and non-commercial use of Yofricana products and services. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of any Yofricana products or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of Yofricana.com or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Yofricana or its publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. No Yofricana products/services may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Yofricana. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Yofricana without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Yofricana name or trademarks without the express written consent of Yofricana. You may not misuse Yofricana. You may use Yofricana only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by Yofricana can terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
